The Signature Process
1. CONNECT
To get started, you’ll need to book either a regular consultation or a premier engagement. Both require a form to be completed. With the regular consultation you receive up to two quotes uploaded to your portal within 48 hours. The premier engagement schedules a 25 minute phone call with your licensed lifestyle coordinator to answer any questions you may have. 2. AGREEMENT
If we mutually decide The Luxurious Escape is a good fit for your travel needs, the travel design package specific to your group size will be booked by you through the website. From there, your travel contract and payment authorization form for your trip will be accessible through your portal.
3. DESIGN
Our lifestyle coordinator digs deep into your travel preferences, style, and must-haves. Within 7 days, a travel design package is developed specifically for you. This is your dream vacation - we can tweak anything to your liking.
4. BOOK
We send the booking schedule that is specific to your vacation. You also sign off on your personalized itinerary. At this point, we book all your flights, hotels, excursions, and all those small details such as health entry forms or birthday decor in your resort room.
5. ESCAPE
We review your final itinerary and answer any pressing questions that you may have! Our relationship with every client is not transactional. While you travel, you will always have the reliability and support of The Luxurious Escape to navigate any of your travel needs while exploring.
